The 7 Bridges Marathon will begin in Coolidge Park on the North Shore of Chattanooga. Crossing the Market Street Bridge, the race will lead runners on a scenic tour of downtown Chattanooga’s bridges and riverside neighborhoods.

The half marathon course (13.1 miles) will accompany the full marathon (26.2 miles) over three bridges, splitting off at the Chattanooga Food Bank on the Tennessee Riverwalk. While the half will return over the Walnut Street Bridge and finish in Coolidge Park, the full marathon will continue over three more bridges (the C.B. Robinson, Thrasher, and Riverpark Bridges, respectively) before returning downtown to cross Walnut for the Coolidge Park finish. Come on and race!

A Race for All

The 7 Bridges Marathon The full marathon will start and finish in Coolidge Park on the North Shore. Runners will cross the Market Street Bridge and take a scenic tour of downtown bridges—including The C.B. Robinson, Thrasher, and Riverpark—and our riverside neighborhoods.

The 4 Bridges Half Marathon After the first three bridges, our half marathon course will diverge from the full marathon at the Chattanooga Food Bank on the Tennessee Riverwalk, and then return over the Walnut Street Bridge to also finish in Coolidge Park.

7 Bridges Relays This year we will offer a 4-person full marathon relay as well as a 2-person half marathon relay.

The 5K Not quite up to the half marathon yet? That’s okay—you can still get a taste of 7 Bridges with this abbreviated tour of Downtown Chattanooga.

The Family Fun Run This Fun Run is our special event just for families. Get the whole family involved in fitness from 8 to 80! You can walk or run 1K and then enjoy all that Downtown Chattanooga has to offer while cheering on the rest or the racers.
